All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Prices and applicable taxes or charges will be displayed or communicated as applicable before the order is completed.

Prices may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. If an order has been placed based on a material pricing or information error, we may contact the customer and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.

6. Old Battery Exchange

Some products may be offered with an old-battery exchange option.

Where an exchange price is displayed, the applicable price may depend on the customer handing over an eligible old battery in accordance with the exchange conditions.

The exchange value may vary based on factors such as battery type, capacity, and condition.

If the required old battery is not available or does not meet the applicable exchange conditions, the final amount payable may be adjusted accordingly.

Details of the applicable exchange terms will be communicated or displayed before the order is completed.

7. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

An order is subject to acceptance and product availability.

We may contact you to verify or confirm an order before dispatch.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation call may be required before the order is dispatched.

An order is considered confirmed once the order has been accepted by Battery Express and, where applicable, successful payment has been received.

8. Payment

We may accept payment methods displayed or made available during checkout.

Online payments are processed through applicable payment service providers.

Battery Express does not intentionally store complete debit-card or credit-card details on its own servers.

For COD orders, payment is collected according to the applicable COD arrangements communicated to the customer.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Battery Express currently provides delivery services within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after order confirmation and readiness for dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, location, weather, transportation, public holidays, logistics issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and working contact number.

10. Battery Installation

Battery Express may provide doorstep battery installation where available.

Installation charges may depend on the customer's location or vehicle.

Installation availability may vary depending on the service location, vehicle, battery type, and other practical requirements.

Any applicable installation charge will be communicated separately or before the service is performed.

11. Manufacturer Warranty

Certain batteries may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms, warranty period, eligibility requirements, inspection procedures, and other conditions.

Battery Express may assist customers with eligible manufacturer warranty claims.

A manufacturer's warranty does not automatically mean that a product is eligible for return or refund under our 7-day Return & Refund Policy.

12. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled and may instead be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.

If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

13. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns are handled through doorstep pickup.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, Battery Express bears the applicable return pickup/shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the applicable return pickup/shipping cost.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after the refund is approved.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and delivery information.

• Providing accurate vehicle information where required.

• Using and maintaining products according to applicable manufacturer instructions.

• Ensuring that products are installed appropriately.

• Providing access to the delivery location where required.

• Inspecting products and reporting eligible issues within the applicable return period.

Battery Express is not responsible for issues resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, accident, negligence, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.
